Cut it back: a purpose of working with electronic documents requires only having a device capable to do so. A perfect time to ditch the costs are spending on paper, postal mail dispatches, extra printing devices etc.
Your staff will thank you for that: having your documents stored in one very place with no need to reach them physically makes a big deal for your employees. Despite they didn't care about it before, they will notice how much extra time to work and to spare they have got with the smart document management. They have enough boring routine to do at their desk, don't force them to go places in order to do some more boring routine.
